New Coffee Mornings
We are going to start a Coffee morning in Church on the 2nd Thursday of the month starting 14th November 10am-12pm. Volunteers required please speak to Caroline or Sue.
Please make a note in your diary that the Christmas Fair this year will be 30th November in Church.
Whisky Tasting Evening & Wreath Making Afternoon

At the back of Church. £2 per pack, the Church receives 75p per pack sold. All monies to be given to Bernard.
Many thanks to all who have offered to be part of the ministry team for these services which take place twice a month on alternate Tuesday mornings at 11am. We will shortly be producing a rota but it's not too late to volunteer.
Just a word of thanks to all who have been involved with the healing ministry course over the past couple of months. Watch this space for news of further training and development events and about how in 2020 we intend to participate in the Healthy Healing Hub project of the Guild of Health & St Raphael.
Messy Church at St Chad's School
There is a monthly Messy Church at the church school - on Fridays 22nd November, 17th January 2020, 14th February 2020 throughout the year.It takes place after school finishes for the day. If anyone from St Chad's is interested in helping with this please have a word with Julie Smith.
Ecumenical Youth Work at Curborough Community Centre
Plans are currently being drawn up, led by Urban Saints - a Christian youth agency - to set up a new initiative at Curborough, possibly on a Tuesday evening. More details to follow but if any would like to show an interest in supporting this - through prayer or practical involvement - please let Rev Rod know.
We have decided to take a break for a couple of months whilst we approach Advent and Christmas with its attendant busy-ness. We will use this time to review this service. If anyone has any thoughts they'd like to share or would like to be part of a planning and implementation group please contact Rev Rod.
